Avery was a kind-hearted, sensitive, and extremely intelligent 13-year-old boy who never met a LEGO he did not like! He was funny, quick-witted, and was always ready with a factoid. He had a laugh that was amazing and infectious. He loved to doodle, tinker, and take apart things. He dreamt of being an astronaut or engineer. He was an adventurous foodie, like LEGOs, there wasn't a seafood he did not love. He ate raw oysters like a champ. Like any teenager, he loved a good old quarter-pounder, boba, and all things coffee.

He loved adventures, going boating, shooting, swimming, and camping. The beach and mountains were some of his favorite places.

Avery liked to try new things, and even if he was not the best at something, he never gave up. Most recently, he started playing baseball, and he loved it. For those who were lucky enough to get the chance to witness, he was a great dancer and loved music.

Above all, Avery adored his family and friends, and he had a lot of both. He loved his mom, dad, and grandparents with all his heart. His older brother Elliott was the world to him, and his cousins were his superheroes. He was loved and adored by his many aunts and uncles.  He had the most amazing group of friends, every one of them as unique and beautiful as he. He will be deeply missed by many.
