Bonnie was born to P. A. Williamson and Esther (Gallanger) Williamson in Seattle. She was a fourth generation descendant of the Gallanger and Cochran families on Lopez Island, WA.

After high school, Bonnie worked at the Sears Headquarters in South Seattle. She lived at the Seattle YWCA. Her roommate, Nancy, had a boyfriend named Al Lovejoy (also from Lopez) who had a deer hunting buddy named Elton. Al and Nancy thought they should meet. They did, and married in the summer of 1952. After some years of living in Seattle and Bellingham, the family moved back to Lopez in 1965, Bonnie held many jobs in addition to Mother. Among them was Sales Agent for Lopez Realty in the 1970s.

In 1980 Bonnie and Elton moved to Anacortes. Bonnie worked for the Port of Anacortes as a receptionist/admin until retirement in 1992. Bonnie and Elton enjoyed RV travel, seeing much of the Western United States, Canada and Mexico.

One of her favorites places was the campground at Rockport, WA. Bonnie is survived by her husband of 69 years, Elton;
sons: Chuck and Fred and daughter, Peggy; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She has 4 surviving siblings.
