Charles Bruce Trzcinski, fondly known as Bruce, and at age 76 of Anacortes, passed peacefully on March 12, 2023, with his loving wife beside him.  He was born on May 16, 1946, in Seattle; the son of Charles and Mabel Rea (Moore) Trzcinski and brother to Todd and David.   

   Bruce obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Whitworth University in Spokane and his Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University.  He careered as a Computer Programmer with Wells Fargo Bank over a span of 40 years, retiring in  2011.  Bruce married the love of his life, Susan Botts.  No children were born to them.   

   Bruce was an avid boater.  He owned a boat since his early teens, a 42' pilot house trawler, until two years ago when it was sold.  Bruce and Susan enjoyed travelling via his boat, RV, Cruise ship or by plane.  At a recent count, they realized their travels took them to 50 countries.   

   Bruce is preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by his beloved wife Susan and his brothers.  Suggested donations in his memory may be made to  Anacortes Family Center  and or to the  Humane Society of Skagit Valley  .
