Carol Garman was born on December 30th,1957, and passed away peacefully in her sleep on 2/2/24 at Mountain View Rehabilitation and Care in Marysville after an almost 6-month struggle with kidney failure and stroke. She was born to Norman Rammage and Dale Rammage (Adams) in Seattle, WA.

She met her soul mate, Michael Garman, at Skagit Speedway in 1989. They had one daughter, Hydee, in 1990 and got married in 1991. He passed in 2005. She was a homemaker and took care of their daughter.

She had a love for crocheting blankets for those she loved, loved dirt track racing, and photography. She adopted in her heart many children and loved them as her own.

She is preceded in death by her husband Michael, father Norman, brother Larry, and countless other family members who went before her. She is survived by her daughter Hydee (Jason), her granddaughter Taelyn, and countless other amazing people who called her mom, sister Kathy, sister Mary, her mom Dale, and stepmom Shirley.
