Carol Ann Thatcher Solt was born on December 4, 1937, in Seattle, WA. She died at her residence in Sedro Woolley on November 30, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Ida Thatcher. Carol is survived by her husband Harold T. Solt; her children: Nella Ludlow, Kenneth Ludlow and Calperna Lucas; stepchildren: Amanda Neighbours and Karl Solt; three grandchildren: Tabitha, Holden and Landon.
