Debra Ann passed away on January 17, 2022 in Anacortes, Washington at 11:30AM

Debra Ann Pepin was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on June 10, 1959 to Harvey Allen Darst II and Lottie Lee Ledford.

Debra was surpassed in death by her father-Harvey Allen Darst II (1977), her mother-Lottie Lee Hilliard (2001) and her brother-Harvey Allen Darst III (2016).

Debra was the 3rd born out of 8 siblings. Margaret Stieg 1st born (passed away peacefully, Feb.18th, 2022, 1 month & 1 day after Debbie's passing), Harvey Allen Darst III 2nd born (passed away July 5th, 2016). Jo Ellen Devine 4th born, Barbara Metz 5th born, John Thomas Darst 6th born, Chipper Darst 7th born, Casey Hilliard 8th born, are the remaining living siblings.

Debra is survived by her husband, Jon Pepin and her 4 Daughters; Kimberly Gutierrez, Lisa VanDyke, Julie Garcia, and Lacey Hannon. And 9 grandchildren; Kennith, Jordan, Corrina, Madison, Christian, Maria, Yoselin, Seleana, and Jay.

Debra loved collecting unique items and trinkets, playing games on her computer, listening to music, and camping. She also loved visiting her sister, playing cards or board games, socializing with her friends and chatting over coffee.

Her favorite thing to do was to spend as much time with her family as possible. She loved her grandchildren, dearly.

Debra loved her animals. Especially, Cockatoos, Cockatiels and love birds.

Debra comes from a large loving family and will be truly missed
