Dixie Dale Larson was born on February 15, 1941 in Eugene Oregon to Edmond and Louella Middleton. Dixie spent her youth in Eugene and graduated from Williamette High School in 1959. She worked in the banking industry most of her life in Alaska, Oregon and California. She enjoyed her time in banking, specializing in new accounts. She retired from Provident Bank in Hemet, California in 2010.

Dixie's three children were the greatest loves of her life, all of whom she got to spend time with in her retirement. She loved sunny days and warm weather, reading, going out to lunch with her friends, and playing games online. She was always up for a Starbucks frappuccino and she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Dixie is survived by her brother Donald (Carol) Middleton, Daughters Tami (Doug Faddis) and Eleoni (Paul Ness) and son Ty (Theresa) Power. To her numerous grand and great-grand children she'll be affectionately remembered as Grammy. Dixie is preceded in death by both of her parents, Edmond and Louella (Pope) Middleton and her husband Leroy Larson.

Dixie lived in Oregon, Alaska, California, South Dakota, Nevada and Washington leaving her mark in each one of those states. Dixie passed away on July 12, 2024 in Anacortes, Washington with her daughters by her side.

She was a force to be reckoned with and was loved very deeply. She will be missed by all who knew her.
