Edward Gottlieb Fischer, 64, of Sedro Woolley, WA, passed away on February 2, 2024 in Bellingham, WA. Born in Ellendale, ND, on February 9, 1959, he was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.

Ed proudly served in the Navy from 1977 to 1997, achieving great success and earning the respect of his peers. After his military service, he became a field technician for MultiMedia Games (Everi).  At the time of his death, he was working as a Tribal Gaming Agent at Swinomish Casino.  His commitment for his work was evident to all who knew him.

In his free time, Ed enjoyed hunting, finding solace and joy in the great outdoors.  His love for his hobby, brought him peace and fulfillment throughout his life.

Ed is survived by loving wife, Carla Fischer; son Garrison Aaron (Amanda); grandchildren Matthew, Caitlynn; siblings Timothy Scholz and Sue Wibbens.  He was preceded in death by parents Alvin and Tokiyo Fischer.

Ed will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.  His legacy of dedication, kindness and strength will forever live on the hearts of those who loved him.
