Gloria spent her entire life in Tacoma.  She was active in Job's Daughters (Honored Queen). Gloria was the past president of the Zeta Chapter and a life member of Alpha Delta Kappa.  Gloria graduated from the University of Puget Sound and was an Alpha Phi sorority member.  She taught elementary education in the Clover Park District for 30 years.

Gloria was a life member of Day Island Yacht Club and Tacoma Yacht Club.  She loved her home and yard.

She is survived by her husband Bill – married 67 years, and cousins, June (Don) Dixon and Judy Hansen.

Graveside Services will be held at the Mount Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of  Evans Funeral Chapel and Onsite Crematory Inc.
