Our beloved Greg passed away from this life to eternal rest on Thursday, October 21st, 2021. Greg was born October 17th, 1960 in Seattle WA to George and Gretchen Waham of Kirkland. He was the 3rd oldest of 11 children. He attended Holy Family Parish School and went on to graduate from O'Dea High School. At the young age of 13 Greg found his passion of entrepreneurship, food, and working with family at Chases Pancake Corral, his first of many restaurant jobs. Greg built an impressive resume in restaurant management and ownership with TGIFriday's, Dutch Neds Saloon, Red Robin, J&M Cafe among others.

In 1987 he married Kirsten Gadeholt and together they had four beautiful children. Greg was a devoted Father who was involved in all aspects of his children's lives from father daughter dances, coaching little league to organizing the fabulous family camping trips. As a family, they opened The Wall St. Inn in Seattle WA. There they hosted people from all over the world in addition to many warm and memorable holiday celebrations with family and friends. In 2010 he opened his own family restaurant, Couzins Cafe in Kirkland WA. This became the center of his life and community where he and his children brought their love of family and holidays to life.

Greg's love for his extended family was far reaching. He was close to his Aunties, Uncles and Cousins. He will be remembered as the silly, fun, thoughtful, affectionate and very generous family man. Greg over the course of his life enjoyed playing baseball and soccer, riding bikes and shenanigans with the neighborhood kids, golfing with his buddies, and hitting the casinos with family. Greg will be remembered for his extravagant cookie baking party's, chili cook offs, and delicious Lebanese food. More importantly, Greg was passionate about fostering relationships. He had a true gift for making all he met feel like the they were the most important. His deep thoughtfulness for always putting others first impacted so many lives. Greg has now happily joined his beloved Mom (Nana), Dad (Da), brother Mark and countless relatives. We will see you again, RIP G.

Greg is survived by his children Danielle, Victoria, George and William Waham and his siblings Bill (Gail), Char, Dan, Gigi, Joseph (Darannie), Paul (Mindy), Andrew, Nicole (Dennis), James (Nikki), Dominic (Bandit) Waham.
