Jill Momilani (Foster) Salas, 62, of Anacortes Washington returned to our Heavenly Father on May 8, 2023.  She was born on November 24, 1960, the daughter of Donald and Peggy (Hutchison) Foster.

Jill was the heart of her family and a light to the world. She was loved by so many. Through her work as  an early childhood educator, the children and families in her care received guidance and were loved and nurtured by her. Many of these children became a part of her extended family for the rest of her life.

She loved the ocean, nature, music and good books. Her greatest joy in life was to spend time with her children and grandchildren and her family members. Jill was born in Portland, Oregon and moved to Anacortes Washington as a child. Though she lived other places, Anacortes was always considered her home, and always drew her back.

Jill is survived by her siblings: Dawn Kane (John) Melanie Adams (Jim) Tracy Cummins (Bruce) Adam Foster (Mary) Aaron Foster,  Lisa Wilson (Lynn) Megan Mendez, and Matthew Foster (Affsun).

Her children: Janicka Salas (Tony) Daniel Salas, Will Ault (Brian), Tamsin Robbins (Jonathan), And Derrick Salas (Tanya), and her sweet grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Her memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 17 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3720 H Ave. in Anacortes, Washington.
