Jim Alderson, Jr. 91, of Anacortes, passed on December 12, 2022, to join his bride and love of his life, Dolly (Kraemer) Alderson, his wife of 71 years, who preceded him on November 7, 2022, just a little over month ago at the age of 90.

Jim and Dolly resided in Anacortes for the last 32 years. Jim was born in Nemacolin, PA. He had one brother and five sisters. Dolly was born in Portland, OR. She was the oldest of her six siblings: three brothers and three sisters. Both Jim and Dolly were preceded by their parents and their son Jeff on February 1, 2013. Dolly was preceded by her best friend and sister, Carol Smith on September 21, 2007.

Jim & Dolly are survived by their sons: Jim III & Jon (AJ), five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, four step grandchildren and 16 step grandchildren. They will be greatly missed by family and their loving nieces and nephews.
