Joseph Edward Pluff, Jr. (JJ) passed away suddenly on December 3, 2020.  He was born in Skowhegan, Maine on October 7, 1974.  He is survived by his mother Peggy Foley, his father, Joseph Pluff, Sr., and his stepfather,  Ron Foley.  He graduated from Anacortes High School before joining the Navy.  He was always helping people and will be missed.  JJ left us way too soon.  He can now rest in the light and love of the Heavenly Father.
