On Saturday, March 20, 2021, Joshua Solomon, age 36 of Anacortes, WA passed away while enjoying his passion of riding ATVs at the sand dunes.

Josh was born on February 11, 1985 in Sedro Woolley , WA. He was a long-time ATV rider, starting at a very young age and spent most summers growing up in the Oregon sand dunes with his family.

Josh loved hard, rode hard, and was a true son of the sand. He was an avid ORV enthusiast, ally and supporter of many riding clubs and dunes across Washington and Oregon. Josh was a founder of the SendItKrü ORV group, who became his extended family and which enjoyed many weekends together and hosted events across the sand dunes in both states. He was known for his sweet heart, infectious smile and contagious laugh. He was the light in every room, showered his friends and family with love and laughter and brought a special aura everywhere he went, including the expected karaoke session with questionable dancing skills every opportunity he could.

He is survived by his two sons, Presley (12) and Felix (9) Solomon; step-children: Shianne and Tevis Honeycutt; partner and best friend, Cassidy Maples and Cassidy's daughters: Taylor and Lacy; father and stepmother: Joe and Michelle Solomon; his mother and stepfather: Karen and Tim Tomasko; his sister, Stephanie (Solomon) Bushong; two half-brothers, Logan and Cameron Tomasko; two stepbrothers: Kevin and Kolby Arendse and nephew, Brady Bushong. He is also survived by grandparents, many uncles, aunts and cousins.

He is preceded in death by grandfather, Theodore (Rusty) Solomon; uncle, James (Jimmy) Solomon; and cousin, Nathan Mehlum.
