Patricia Ann Short, born September 26, 1947, to George and Toddy Workman, died on October 25, 2023, in Washington. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Edward Short, Sr. She is survived by her son Kenneth Edward Short, Jr., and his two daughters, Megan and Bailey Short and her son Gregery Scott Short; his wife, Holly and their daughter, Browning and their son Whelen, along with friends and immediate and extended family.

Pat was a longtime resident of Whidbey Island. She was a loving wife, a loyal friend, and a good mom to her boys. She enjoyed hard work, gathering monthly with her "breakfast bunch," crafting, cooking, and especially spending over a decade of weekends with her family at their cabin in Eastern Washington. Pat was a gift to all of us, and we give thanks to God for her. We trust that God, in His sovereignty, was glorified by her life. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 10th, at 11 am at the Bayview Cemetery at 5794 Bayview Rd. Langley, Washington 98260.
