Paul C. Meyer Jr, age 92, of Kirkland, formerly of Sequim, WA, died peacefully on Friday, October 20, 2023, at Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland.  He was born on April 6, 1931, in Yakima, WA, the son of Paul and Betty (Hudon) Meyer.

Paul attended St Paul's Grade School and graduated from Marquette High School in Yakima in 1949.  He enlisted in the US Navy in 1951 and proudly served four years, including time in Pearl Harbor, HI.  Paul worked in vending and property management until his retirement.

Paul loved the outdoors and enjoyed time in his RV and his sailboat, "Penguin."  He was a passionate scuba diver and spent a great deal of time diving with friends around Hawaii and the Gulf of Mexico. He also enjoyed boating, airplanes, Volkswagens, and photography.

Paul was very proud of the home he built in Sequim, Washington, where he spent many years entertaining friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his sisters: Gretchen Waham and Penelope Koreski, and brothers-in-law: Gene Brodie, George Waham, Richard Hamlin, and Charles Koreski. He is survived by his sisters: Carol Brodie of CA and Pamela Hamlin of AK, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private family military interment at Fern Hill Cemetery in Anacortes, WA, will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations in the name of Paul to stroke.org would be appreciated.
