Tara Lin (Rosenberger) Little, 40, of Oak Harbor, WA passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Whatcom Hospice House.  She was born in Nashville, on May 12, 1980, the daughter of Lawrence Rosenberger and Cheryl Lane.

She received her GED from Job Corps in Rapid City, SD in the mid-1990s.  Tara grew up in a military family, and as a result they lived in many different cities throughout the country and lived in Germany for a short period. Tara finally settled in Oak Harbor, WA and worked as a Caregiver at Rosario Assisted Living in Anacortes.  She was also a volunteer firefighter, and in 2013, Tara was recognized as the Volunteer of the Year by the Skagit County Fire Department, ST#13.

Tara is survived by her parents; children, Ryan Haverhals of Sioux Falls, SD, and Savannah Radlinger of Oak Harbor, WA; sisters: Jessica Rosenberger of Rapid City, SD, and Olivia Vasquez of Deer Park, TX;  and numerous nieces and nephews.
