Our mom passed peacefully in her sleep on March 15 ^th . Teddy McGregor loved living in Friday Harbor. An accomplished pianist, Teddy contributed her talents to the community theater and her church. Her tiny, nimble fingers played Chopin, Mozart and Beethoven and we grew up listening to her playing every day. Teddy also chartered the P.E.O. chapter here in Friday Harbor back in the 90's.

Teddy was an amazing mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. We called her "Tiny Teddy", "The Tedster", and Grandma Teddy. Teddy traveled the world in her 60's and 70's with her husband Rob and the rest of her family. She could knit, crochet, sew and quilt. She also did amazing cross stitch which won awards at the county fair. Her sense of humor was legendary, and we spent many an hour laughing together as a family. Our mom lived a full and loving life. She is loved and she will be missed.  She is survived by her children: Jim McGregor and his wife Mary, Betsy McGregor; grandchildren: Brittany Gaither and her husband Ryan, RobRoy McGregor and his partner Genevieve Shank; and great grandchildren: Ava, Layla and Samuel Gaither.
