Anita L. Nute, 72 of Anacortes, passed away unexpectedly at UW Medical Center in Seattle on 2/12/2022, almost seven months after her beloved husband's, Tom Nute passing.  Anita was born on December 23, 1949 in Loma Linda, California, the daughter of John and Doris (Peck) Lautz.  Anita married the love of her life, Tom Nute in Lake Tahoe, NV on October 10, 1992.  Boating, skiing & following SD Chargers were their favorite pastimes.  Anita had a warm and generous and loving heart that was, and will continue to be, a blessing to everyone who knew her.  We love her and will miss her always.
