Lynn Francis Barcott, 79, of Anacortes, passed peacefully on Sunday, May 1 ^st , surround by his loving family.  He was born on October 12, 1942 in Anacortes, the son of Francis and Ethel (Norman) Barcott.  Lynn is predeceased by his parents and sister Donna Merlino.  He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Lydia;  their children: Julie, Jeff (Staci) and Joanna (Tino Perrina); sister: Deanna (Mel Elvebak); brother, Larry (Sandy) and brother-in-law: Gary Merlino; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
