Shirley Mae Hein of Mount Vernon, WA died July 27 ^th , 2021. She was born in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho on May 15, 1941.  Early in her childhood, Shirley and her family moved to Anacortes, which she would call home for the rest of her life.  She was a graduate of Anacortes High School, class of 1959. Shirley will be remembered for her feisty spirit, generosity, and humor. She had a love of sports, camping, and her family. Many know Shirley when she worked at San Juan Lanes for 35+ years, where she dedicated much of her time to the "leagues". She will be greatly missed by all!

Shirley is survived by her husband of 55 years, Gerald Hein; her siblings, Leona (David) Hein, Frank (Kristen) Michal, Norma Jeanne (George) Harvey, and Holly (Terry) Young; her daughters, Susan (Stephen) Zurcher, Lisa (Alan) Cerny, and son Jeffrey Hein; her grandchildren, Nicole (Jared) Chandler and their daughters Hayden, Marleigh and Sawyer; Justin (Lyndsee) Zurcher and their children Aron, Brianna And Celenia; Heather Cerny, Carla Zurcher and her daughter Adyson; Alicia Cerny; Sydney Hein and Devin Hein and her daughter Amora; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother Viola (Symonds) Michal; dad, Richard Michal; father, Spencer Rayment; sister, Phyllis Miron; brother, Steve Michal; and her daughter Dawn Sauter.
