Charlaine Brown, 63, native of Anacortes and lifelong resident, passed on June 25, 2021. She was born on June 29, 1957, the daughter of Chester and Barbara (Cully) McElroy.  She graduated from Skagit Valley College specializing in Human Services. Charlaine worked at Nordic Tugs as an electrician in Burlington, WA where she then met the love of her life Buddy. Then on June 19, 2001, they were united in marriage.

Charlaine was preceded in death by her Mother Barbara, son Matthew and sister Linda.  She is survived by her husband Buddy, daughter Shanah (Sean Cureton) and grandchildren: Rien, Savanah and Samuel. Brother Chuck, Sisters: Diane (Trish), Vicki and Dad, Don Woodworth.
