It is with deep sorrow we announce the unexpected passing of William H. Dubuque, 57 of Lilliwaup, WA at his residence. Heath as he preferred to be known, was a native of Anacortes and was born on May 30, 1966. He was the beloved son of Nicholas and Karen (Baker) Dubuque and the cherished brother of Cindy and Cheri.

Heath grew up on a farm in the foothills of Mount Baker, east of Bellingham.  He took up wrestling and boxing in high school and later worked in a gold mine for a short period, including logging off and on, before pursuing a career in logging for a span of 30 years. Heath was known for his hard work and dedication.  He just started his own logging business when he passed.

In his free time, Heath enjoyed fishing, hunting, and riding horses. Despite his reputation as a "hell raiser," he had a heart of gold and was always willing to help others in need, especially the elderly. He moved back home to take care of his parents when they needed him, showing his selfless and caring nature.

Heath is survived by his son, William Conner Willoughby, his parents, sisters, nephews, nieces as well as grand nephews and nieces. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and his love for his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who know him.

He will be laid to rest at Grand View Cemetery in Anacortes on May 3, 2024 at 11 am. A Reception in his honor will follow at Evans Funeral Chapel, also in Anacortes.
