Jasmine Jean Brush, age 44, passed away in Swedish Edmonds Hospital on November 30, 2023. She was born in Clearview, WA, on January 31, 1979, the first of five children born to Jerry and Tracey (Taylor) Brush.

Jasmine displayed a natural talent and passion for art from a young age. Her artistic abilities were truly exceptional, with a particular fondness for drawing fairies and painting animals on rocks she collected. Her creativity knew no bounds, and she reveled in the world of artistic and creative design.

In addition to her artistic pursuits, Jasmine had a deep love for writing. Whether it was journaling her innermost thoughts or crafting works of fiction, she found solace and joy in the written word. She was also an avid consumer of movies and documentaries, always eager to expand her knowledge and explore new stories. Jasmine had a natural talent for humor, often leaving her audience in stitches with her impersonations and hilarious jokes. Her comedic abilities brought laughter and tears to those fortunate enough to be in her presence. Jasmine was a smart, strong, independent, and fun-loving individual. She lived life on her own terms, unafraid to embrace her unique spirit and march to the beat of her own drum.

Above all, family meant the world to Jasmine. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, and mother, always there to provide love, support, and a listening ear. Her warmth and compassion touched the lives of those around her. Her absence leaves a void that can never be filled, but her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her loved ones.

She leaves behind her parents, siblings, Harlon, Christopher, Jonathan, and Rachel; children, Nigel, Ebin, Ezekiel, Osiris, Ezra, Zoe, Penelope, and Gwendolyn; grandchildren, Axel, Anthony, and Justine; and nieces, Mila and Delilah.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Jasmine's life will be held 2 pm on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Fernhill Cemetery in Anacortes, officiated by Pastor Ed Robinson.

Jasmine Jean Brush will always be remembered as a talented artist, a passionate writer, and a loving family member. Her legacy will endure, and her light will forever shine in our hearts. May she rest in eternal peace.
